Services
Flytoglam.com provides travel booking services including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is confirmed and processed.
**IMPORTANT:** Quoted prices are NOT guaranteed until full payment is received. Airlines and suppliers reserve the right to adjust pricing based on availability, demand, and fare changes.
Payment
Full payment is MANDATORY and required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize Flytoglam.com to charge the total amount to your payment method. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in your booking confirmation.
Booking Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation via email once your reservation is processed. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
Cancellations and Refunds
**STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:**
* All bookings are considered final upon payment confirmation
* Non-refundable fares: No refunds under any circumstances
* Service fees charged by Flytoglam.com are 100% non-refundable
* Refund processing, if eligible, may take 3–6 months or longer
* No-show policy: Missed flights result in complete forfeiture of all payments
Cancellation and refund eligibility varies by service provider and fare type. The customer is solely responsible for understanding fare rules before purchase:
* Non-refundable fares: No refunds or credits
* Refundable fares: Subject to airline/supplier penalties and Flytoglam.com service fees
* Hotel bookings: Subject to individual property cancellation policies (typically 24–72 hours)
* Cancellation requests: Must be submitted in writing and are not guaranteed
* Processing fees: $250 per person for all cancellation/change requests
Refund Processing Timeline
If approved by the airline/supplier, refunds may take 90–180 days (up to 6 months). Flytoglam.com is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Changes and Modifications
Changes are subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable fees. Many bookings cannot be modified and require cancellation and rebooking.
Change Fees:
* Flytoglam.com fee:$300+ per person
* Airline/supplier fees: $500+ per person
* Fare difference: Customer must pay any increase
* Name changes: Generally not permitted; full rebooking required
Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates). Please check requirements with the appropriate authorities before travel.
Passenger Responsibilities
**YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:**
* Arriving at the airport on time (3 hours international / 2 hours domestic)
* Providing accurate information (names must match ID exactly)
* Verifying booking details before payment
* Complying with all laws and travel regulations
* Ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months) and required visas
* Completing check-in within required timelines
* Updating contact information when necessary
* Understanding all fare rules and restrictions
**FAILURE TO COMPLY:** May result in complete forfeiture of your booking with **no refund**.
Liability Limitations
MAXIMUM LIABILITY WAIVER:
Flytoglam.com’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for booking services only. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Flytoglam.com is not responsible for:
* Any Refunds
* Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
* Lost or damaged baggage
* Hotel issues or service deficiencies
* Personal injury, illness, or death
* Weather disruptions, strikes, or force majeure events
* Airline insolvency or operational issues
* Visa denials or entry refusals
* Third-party errors or negligence
All third-party provider terms apply to your booking.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.
Intellectual Property
All content on Flytoglam.com is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are governed by the laws of USA
Mandatory Arbitration:
All disputes must be resolved through email in 1 week or you will be ineligible.
Changes to Terms
Flytoglam.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
