Refund And Cancellation Policy

When it comes to air travel, a number of changes may occur. Some are a result of bad climatic or environmental conditions, and the others are due to any political and social issues.


Most of the time, these conditions are managed, but when these go out of control, then there is no option left rather than cancellation of already confirmed bookings. Only then the tickets are canceled if there is a genuine unavoidable reason behind that.


We also have to make an “Important Change”, in case there is any kind of change or cancellation that occurs. This type of change is made before your departure, according to your information. On the basis of those details, we may have some dominant effect on your confirmed trip.


We always inform our clients ASAP, whenever there is a need to make an important change or cancellation. We also provide details of other routes or dates within the same budget and standard in case the airline confirms the same, just for the comfort and convenience of our customers.


If the time allows doing so before departure, we will provide the passengers with the following options to pick from:

Acceptance of changed adjustments or You can buy the alternative trip of the same standard instead of your original booking. This alternative trip will be considered as your new purchase, and we will definitely help you to avail compensation or refund of your existing booking but doesn't guarantee it. In case you won’t like the option, we specifically designed for you, and then you can pick the other options available as per your situation.

If the airline allows us, we will make full efforts to let you have the full refund of all the costs that you have paid in case of cancellation of flights of the respective airline.


The above-mentioned changes are just for adult travelers and will not be considered any other passengers such as infants or minors.


When the airlines make changes or cancellation under the circumstances that are not in control, then we won’t be able to provide you any type of compensation or refund against that. Hence, the points mentioned above don’t go with this.


We can also discuss your situation with the airlines on your behalf in case of an emergency. We totally understand the needs of our customers and can request the airline to provide you reimbursement also. But we are not sure that we can provide you the refund and compensation because the whole decision depends on the airlines.


We also have to make changes or cancellations due to your failure to abide by the need of the bookings such as not paying on time, then we can not do any help for that.

You will receive an email notification acknowledging your request as soon as you submit your cancellation request to one of our customer care executives. But, the email does not guarantee that you are qualified for the refund.

In order to create a waiver, we have to work with the airline or other related suppliers based on the rules of fare and merchant accounts. As cancellation depends on the fare rules, hence we can only process your refund if the fare rules or merchant terms and conditions allow us to do so. The period of 6-8 business weeks is linked with the payment of refunds as minimum time.
