If you violate these Terms of Use, Flytoglam.com may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you. You Accept that:

1. You accept that Flytoglam.com only helps providing Initial Consultation to evaluate Clients particulars selection criteria pursuant to Visa Category or Creation of application profile for the Client and Client’s dependents

2. You accept that Flytoglam.com helps to complete preparation of required file for the purpose of application for Visa Category.

3. You accept that Flytoglam.com use all information and documents required for the application provided by you.

4. You accept that Flytoglam.com doesn’t helps you in fake documentation.

5. You accept that Flytoglam.com Lodge online application to relevant Assessment body. It is the Client’s responsibility to present accurate, complete information and relevant education documents and any other supporting Document/Information to Flytoglam.com

6. You accept that all payments done to Flytoglam.com is in $CAD

7. After Visa filing with particular Govt. Body or High Commision, you agree that we share details with you and GC key login id passwords with you, hence Flytoglam.com is not responsible for any kind of Locked Accounts due to multiple Logins with wrong passwords etc. And Flytoglam.com is not responsible for any decisions on your filing.

8. You accept that Flytoglam.com use white label XML API of Third Party to provide Flight bookings, hence Flytoglam.com is not responsible for any missed flight booking or any lost money while booking.

9. You accept that the time required to process an immigration and Visa applications depends on multiple factors, which are beyond Flytoglam.com control. The Client acknowledges that no warranty is given as to the length of time required to process the application or the visa issuance. The Flytoglam.com as a consultancy firm, undertakes to give consultancy to the Client and coordinate with the Client and the relevant Government offices/s but cannot guarantee visa issuance as that purely is the discretion of the relevant Government office. All in All, all Visa decisions solely depends on high commission.

10. The Duration of the service is out of the Flytoglam.com and depends solely on the respected Government authorized to issue an answer to the visa application.

11. You accept that The basic consultancy fee for the company’s consultancy services is $1000 CAD as a Onetime payment. Based on a case to case evaluation the consultancy fee is subject to changes, depending on client’s situation and further evaluation. If you Fail to Pay this amount or Pending amount, Flytoglam.com is having full right not to proceed with your application/withdraw your application/cancellation of application.

12. You accept that all Payments made to Flytoglam.com are Non- Refundable.

13. You accept that Flytoglam.com is not responsible for any errors or Human Errors in your visa filing as you have checked your application before Submission to Relevant High Commission.

14. You accept that After Sharing Canada Filing Id password, Company is not responsible for locked accounts.

15. You accept that Visa Application Filing Done by Flytoglam.com is genuine, authentic and Correct and documents included in your file are Provided by you.

16. By Making payment to Flytoglam.com You accept that you have Read All Terms and Conditions.

17. You Accept that all visa categories Process are Different and Company is having full right to keep filing confidential in order to keep Disputes Away

18. You accept that Flytoglam.com just Accept Only Online Payments and is not responsible for Any Refused Visa or Ban.

19. You have accepted Terms & Condition that you will not take any Legal Action Against the Company

Refund Policy:

Evaluations: 100% non-refundable. DIY Kits: 100% non-refundable. Directories: 100% non-refundable. Job Search Services*: 100% non-refundable.

*Note: Under any uncertain situations like natural calamities or the advent of pandemic, your amount is non-refundable. Other services-

100% non-refundable if the hard copy of the agreement is not signed by you and duly returned to us.
100% non-refundable if you purchase & change your mind later and decide to withdraw.

100% non-refundable if you do not wish to continue with our services.
100% non-refundable if –
Failure of the medical examination by the client or his/her family members included in the permit request.
Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate which is not less than 3 months old.
Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the client or his/her family members included in the permit request. .
Submission of fraudulent papers.
A prior violation of any immigration law by the client or any of his or her family members included in thepermit request.
Late submission of any additional papers requested by the consulate at a later stage.

In the event of a dispute, both parties mutually agree to seek out mediation to resolve the rising issue at the cost of the party who initiated the complaint. Both parties must agree on a mutual mediator and will put their best effort forward in order to resolve the issue to a mutually acceptable benefit. You accept that Flytoglam.com is free from all liabilities.

All complaints must be submitted in written to support@flytoglam.com in 15 days with document proofs. Complaint after this timeline will not Entertained.

If mediation is unsuccessful you accept that Flytoglam.com is not Responsible for any Refunds & Errors

MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION

Due to Currency Differences and Fluctuations, the debited amount statement on your Credit or Debit card will be quite Different.

PURCHASES

Flytoglam.com accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in $CAD for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of COMPANY. IF Possible or Approved, All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
